As a Scientist, Yoga Teacher and Breathworker, it is my mission to help people unlock their true potential through breathwork.


Breathwork is an incredibly useful tool for gaining insight into the relationship between breath and life. It can help to uncover connections between the body, mind, emotions and even our connection with the Spirit.


Learning and incorporating breathwork into your existing health habits can have significant positive impacts on your overall wellbeing.


By combining Eastern knowledge and Western science, I have developed a unique approach to teaching breathwork. I am passionate about helping you experience the power of conscious breathing.
